Описание Drager Alcotest 6810

Drager Alcotest 6810 относится к профессиональным алкометрам и разрешен к использованию в целях медицинского освидетельствования. Конструкция прибора включает в себя электрохимический сенсор, обладающим повышенной износоустойчивостью.

Drager Alcotest 6810 быстро и с высокой точностью способен определить уровень концентрации паров этанола в воздухе, который выдыхает испытуемый. Полнотекстовой дисплей, которым оснащен прибор, отражает полную информацию о результатах измерения после звукового сигнала.

Возможна работа с мундштуком и без такового, также активна функция «антиобман», исключающая возможность получения ложного результата при недостаточной силе и продолжительности выдоха.

Инструкция по применению

Алкотестер Drager Alcotest 6810 оснащен встроенным датчиком – электрохимическим сенсором, в котором происходит переработка паров спирта, содержащихся в выдыхаемом воздухе. По результатам проведенного анализа формируется электрический сигнал, содержащий информации об итогах тестирования.

Возможно использование в двух режимах: активном и скрининговом.

Активный режим предусматривает необходимость использования мундштука. Для проведения анализа необходимо включить устройство и вставить в него мундштук. После этого нужно совершить выдох непосредственно в мундштук. Через несколько секунд на дисплее отобразится цифровая информация о полученных результатах.

В скрининговом режиме мундштук не используется. В этом случае необходимо включение прибора, после чего на дисплее следует нажать на кнопку «ОК» и совершить выдох в сторону прибора. Через несколько секунд на дисплее будет отображена информация «Алкоголь» или «Алкоголя нет».

Использование скринингового режима незаменимо в случаях, когда испытуемый сопротивляется или не способен совершить выдох в мундштук.

При наличии мобильного принтера можно передать результаты тестирования для распечатки. Принтер использует стандартную термобумагу. Распечатываемый отчет содержит сведения о проведенном тесте, использованном приборе и испытуемом.

При подключении к компьютеру с помощью USB-кабеля передается информация в соответствующее программное обеспечение, которое может формировать полную базу данных о проведенных измерениях и анализировать собранные данные.

Необходимо учитывать, что эксплуатация прибора вызывает износ датчиков, поэтому требуется ежегодное техническое обслуживание устройства.

В связи с тем, что алкотестер Drager Alcotest 6810 включен в государственный реестр средств измерений, необходимо проведение его поверки ежегодно. Порядок проведения анализа

Перед началом работы необходимо провести внешний осмотр алкотестера, проверить наличие пломб и убедиться в исправности прибора, убедиться в том, что механические повреждения отсутствуют.

Если на дисплее отражается сигнал недостаточного заряда батареи, необходимо провести подзарядку элементов питания или их замену. Для этого снимают крышку отсека для батарей, легко нажав на фиксатор, после чего вынимают использованные элементы и заменяют их на новые (или же заряжают их в специальном устройстве, после чего вставляют в устройство, отслеживая соблюдение полярности). После замены крышку отсека закрывают, добившись характерного щелчка.

Для исключения риска случайного падения прибора используют ремень на запястье, который входит в комплект поставки. Продевание через него запястья исключит вероятность падения.

Для работы в активном режиме необходимо установить мундштук, который вставляется рифленой стороной наверх. Установка проводится по диагонали с использованием направляющего желобка. О завершении установки вас оповестит характерный щелчок. Только после установки мундштука допустимо полное снятие упаковки.

Включите прибор, нажав и удерживая кнопку «ОК» в течение одной секунды, по истечении которой появится стартовое окно и будет подан одиночный сигнал.

Для получения достоверных результатов тестирования необходимо соблюдение следующих условий:

1. С момента последнего курения должно пройти не менее двух минут.
2. С момента последнего употребления алкоголя должно пройти не менее 20 минут.

Так как попадание алкоголя в кровь не моментальный процесс, достижение максимальной концентрации происходит через полчаса после употребления спиртных напитков. Этот факт может повлиять на расхождение между результатами первичного и повторного тестирования.

ВАЖНО! Невозможно сократить время ожидания путем полоскания рта водой или другими безалкогольными напитками.

Обеспечьте нормальное дыхание испытуемого перед тестированием. Недопустимы быстрые вдохи и выдохи.

После включения и установки мундштука следует обождать 2 секунды, по истечении которых на экране должна появиться надпись «Ждите» или информация о пользователе. Через 6 секунд аппарат переключится в режим готовности. Дополнительно об этом оповестит звуковой сигнал и мигающий индикатор зеленого цвета.

Теперь обследуемый должен совершить выдох в широкий вход мундштука. Выдох должен быть сильным, без остановок. Если все сделано правильно, то будет слышен непрерывный звуковой сигнал при горящем зеленом индикаторе.

Все это время на экране отражается надпись «Дуйте». После того как зеленый индикатор погас, а звуковой сигнал прекратился, надпись на экране заменяется на «Ждите. Идет анализ». В течение 5–25 секунд на экране будут отражены сведения о результатах проведенного анализа. В зависимости от полученных данных оповестительный сигнал прозвучит один, два или три раза, которые соответствуют низкому, среднему или высокому уровню содержания этанола в выдыхаемом воздухе.

После тестирования аппарат необходимо поднести к принтеру для распечатки результатов. Время печати составляет одну секунду. Содержание распечатки включает в себя данные о приборе (заводской номер анализатора и принтера), дата, время и порядковый номер теста, полученные результаты, а также отведенные поля для внесения сведений об испытуемом.

При недостаточности объема выдоха или его намеренном прерывании анализатор проинформирует о полученной ошибке и потребует проведения повторного тестирования.

После проведенного теста необходимо удалить и утилизировать мундштук, а прибор выключить.

Расшифровка результатов

В некоторых случаях появляется необходимость понимания не только содержания этанола в выдыхаемом воздухе, но и содержания алкоголя в крови испытуемого. Для этого возможно проведение специальных лабораторных исследований крови. Однако примерное значение показателя можно получить, зная результаты, полученные обычным алкотестером.

Единицей измерения в работе алкотестера служит миллиграмм на литр (мг/л).

Для того чтобы определить содержание алкоголя в крови, нужно составить пропорцию, учитывающую следующие данные: 1 кубический см крови содержит такое же количество этанола, как и 2 200 кубических см воздуха.

Таким образом, зная показатели, полученные в результате работы алкотестера, можно прогнозировать значения, которые будут получены при проведении лабораторного анализа крови.

Inserting the batteries

Upon initial operation or if the battery symbol on the display indicates «empty».

Gently press onto the lock of the battery compartment and remove cover.

●

Observe correct polarity when inserting the batteries!

● Open packaging. To ensure the mouthpiece stay hygienic, keep the portion to come in contact with mouth covered by packaging until mouthpiece is correctly fitted to the instrument.

When the batteries are discharged the instrument switches automatically off.

Performing the Measurement

Conditions

— A new mouthpiece has to be used for every person tested.

— Do not apply too high alcohol concentrations onto sensor, e.g. by rinsing the mouth with high-strength alcohol shortly before the measurement. By doing so the sensor service life is reduced.

— Keep sufficient distance to the antennas of mobile phones and transmitting stations.

Requirements of the person to be tested

— Maintain a waiting period of at least 20 minutes after drinking alcohol!

Residual alcohol in the mouth can distort the measurement. Aromatic drinks (e.g. fruit juice), mouth sprays containing alcohol, medicines can interfere with measurements.

Rinsing the mouth with water or non-alcoholic drinks does not reduce this waiting period!

— Before sampling the person to be tested must breathe normally. Quick inhaling and exhaling through the mouth must be avoided.

Performing the measurement

●

Ask the test subject to blow evenly into the mouthpiece without interruption. A sufficient flow is indicated by a continuous tone and a green light.

While the sample is taken the display shows: «Blow»

When the sampling was successful the green light is going to cease and the continuous tone is going to stop.

6810 GB consumes a small amount of current even when switched off.

Therefore remove the batteries from the instrument during long periods without use.

Note: In case of long storage periods

Remove batteries from instrument, if the instrument is not used for more than

6 months to avoid damage to the instrument caused by leaking battery acid.

Caution:

Used alkaline batteries must not be thrown into open fire, be recharged or opened by exerting force. Danger of explosion!

— Only dispose of as special waste in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.

For more information about suitable waste disposal companies please contact the local authorities for environmental protection.

Cleaning

Do not submerge in liquid – liquid must not enter the sockets!

To clean:

— wipe with a disposable tissue.

● do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol or solvents.

Changing batteries

If the battery symbol on the display indicates «empty», change the batteries.

Gently press onto the lock of the battery compartment and remove cover.

●

Remove used batteries and insert new ones – consider correct polarity.

Close battery cover.

— For continuity of use it is recommended always to have replacement batteries or an additional battery supply available.
