Giorgi Chiladze has held the position of Deputy CEO of JSC Bank of Georgia, CRO, of JSC Bank of Georgia, since September 2013. Prior to that, he served as Deputy CEO, CFO from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013 Giorgi worked at Partnership Fund as a Deputy CEO and was CEO of BTA Bank (Georgia) from 2005 to 2008. Before joining BTA Bank (Georgia), he was an executive member of the Supervisory Board of JSC «Europace» Insurance Company (2004-2005) and a founding partner of the consulting firm «Altergroup» Ltd. Previously Giorgi Chiladze worked in the U.S. on the Trading Desk program at Bear Stearns in New York, before returning to Georgia in 2003.

Giorgi Chiladze holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Tbilisi State University.

Giorgi Chiladze’s professional experience in banking is more than 10 years.

From 2001 to 2004 Mr. Murtskhvaladze worked as a financial analyst at TBC Bank (Georgia). In 2006 he joined British American Tobacco (international tobacco company with headquarters in London), where he worked until 2009 holding different positions in subsidiaries in Ukraine and Uzbekistan (Internal Auditor, Head of Financial Department). From 2009 to 2011 Mikheil was Deputy CEO of BG Bank JSC (Ukraine). Since 2012 till present Mikheil Murtskhvaladze has been the Director and Founder of the Georgian logistics company Easy Express. Since March 29, 2013 he has been the Chairman of the Risk Committee of BNB-Bank.

Mikheil Murtskhvaladze graduated from Tbilisi State University, majoring in finance and audit (qualification — financial analyst), also has a master’s degree in commercial law from Kotenburg University (Sweden).

M. Murtzhvaladze’s professional experience in banking activity is more than 10 years.

Sulkhan Gvalia has been appointed to the position of Deputy CEO, CFO, of JSC Bank of Georgia since May 2019.
Mr Gvalia has extensive experience in banking having worked in a number of senior management roles at the bank, including Chief Risk Officer (2005-2013) and Head of Corporate Banking (2013-2016). Mr Gvalia previously served as Deputy CEO of TbilUniversalBank, prior to its acquisition by JSC Bank of Georgia in November 2004. Prior to his recent appointment Mr. Gvalia was the Founder and CEO of E-Space Limited, Tbilisi – the only Georgian company developing electric car charging infrastructure in Georgia. He also serves as a non-executive independent director at Inecobank (Armenia) since 2018.

Mr Gvalia received a law degree from Tbilisi State University.

Mr Kulijanishvili was appointed as Deputy CEO, COO, of JSC Bank of Georgia in September 2017, prior to which he served as BGEO Group plc’s CFO and Deputy CEO, CFO, of JSC Bank of Georgia from February 2016. He has been with the bank since 1997.

During his over 20 years of service, Mr Kulijanishvili has held various senior positions, including Head of Compliance and Internal Control from 2009 until his appointment as Deputy CEO, CFO, Head of the Internal Audit department (2000-2009), Manager of the Financial Monitoring, Strategy and Planning department (1999-2000) and Head of the Financial Analysis division (1997-1999).

Mr Kulijanishvili received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Commerce from Tbilisi State University and received his MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business.

Mr Gomarteli was appointed as Deputy CEO, Strategic Projects Direction, of JSC Bank of Georgia in September 2022.

Михеил Гомартели был назначен на должность заместителя Генерального директора, ответственного за массовый розничный бизнес и банковское обслуживание микробизнеса, в АО «Банк Грузии» в феврале 2017 года. До этого, г-н Гомартели занимал должность единственного заместителя Генерального директора по обслуживанию физических лиц с февраля 2009 года. Михеил работает в Банке с декабря 1997 года.

Prior to this appointment, Mr Gomarteli had served as Deputy CEO, leading Mass Retail and Micro Business Banking (2017 – 2022). He was Deputy CEO, leading the Bank’s Retail Banking during 2009-2017. Mr Gomarteli joined the Bank in 1997. During his 25 years of service, he held various senior positions, including as Co-Head of Retail Banking (March 2007 to February 2009), Head of Business Development (March 2005 to July 2005), Head of Strategy and Planning (2004 to 2005), Head of Branch Management and Sales Coordination (2003 to 2004), Head of Branch Management and Marketing (2002 to 2003) and Head of Banking Products and Marketing (2000 to 2002).

Mr Gomarteli received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University.

Mr Bobokhidze was appointed as Deputy CEO (Information Technologies) in March 2018, prior to which he served as the Head of IT Department since April 2016. He joined the Bank in late 2005 as a Quality Control Manager through a progression of positions until he joined JSC Bank Republic in 2010. Mr Bobokhidze made his return to the Bank in December 2010 as IT Business Consultant and he currently holds the position Head of IT Department/Chief Information Officer. He received his undergraduate and MBA degree from Tbilisi State University.

Levan Kiladze is the Managing Partner of the Georgian IT-company Lemondo since 2011. Lemondo owns the largest e-commerce platforms in Georgia, develops popular mobile applications and games for AppStore.
Earlier, Levan Kiladze held managerial positions at Bank Respublika, Societe Generale, where he managed Projects and Organization Department, Strategic Banking Projects Department, Business Analysis Department and Internal Banking Procedures Development Department.
Levan served as Management Consultant at Societe Generale head office in Paris, France.
Levan Kiladze graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Tbilisi Technical University. He holds certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA).

Levan Kiladze’s work experience in the banking sector is 8 years.

Since February 2010. Tariel Gvalia is a Managing Partner at «Welstand Erfolg» consulting company in Georgia.

From February 1995 to December 1995 Tariel Gvalia has been Chairman of the Board of Superbank. From December 1995 to March 2002 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC «Tbiluniversibank» and then, from October 2003 to December 2004 he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In December 2004 Mr. Gvalia was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at JSC Bank of Georgia. Then, from May 2008 until the end of 2009 he was Advisor to CEO of JSC Bank of Georgia, at the same time from July 2008 to January 2010 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Bank Georgia.

From April 2016 to the present time Tariel Gvalia has been the Founder, Member of the Board of Independent Directors Association (Georgia).

Tariel Gvalia graduated from Tbilisi State University with a degree in History and has a PhD in History. At the same time T.Gvalia holds a degree in International Business (qualification in banking and finance).

Tariel Gvalia has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sphere.

• carries out general management of the Bank’s activities. Organizes and implements measures for implementation and compliance with accounting rules, interaction with public authorities, the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, international financial institutions, public and mass media;
• ensures implementation of decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the Bank. Performs general management of all structural units, officers, employees of the Bank and supervises activities of Deputy CEOs, members of the Management Board, area directors, other officers of the Bank who in accordance with the Bank’s procedure are charged with operational management or coordination of certain types and directions of the Bank’s activities. Ensures fulfilment of the Bank’s development indicators and parameters as well as the Bank’s budget. Manages the Management Board of the Bank, organizes its meetings and chairs its meetings;

• is personally responsible for the following activities: organization of legal work in the Bank and minimization of legal risks; organization of corporate office management; handling of distressed assets, organization of administrative and business activities; internal control and audit system; fire safety and labor protection system.

Yury joined BNB-Bank in 2010. During this period, he held positions from the Head of the Legal Department to the Deputy CEO.

From 2008 to 2010 Yury worked as the head of the Law Department of ТС Bank. Before that, from 1997 to 2008 Yury held the post of the General Counsel, Head of the Law Department of Legal and Personnel Directorate, and Head of Legal and Personnel Directorate in RDB-Bank.

After successful certification at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in January 2020, Yury was appointed Deputy CEO and elected to the Management Board of BNB-Bank.

Yury Galkov with honours graduated from Belarusian State University, Department of jurisprudence. He has over 24 years’ experience in banking and law.

Supervises activities of units responsible for:

• full range of banking services to legal entities;

• lending to legal entities, leasing activities;

• attraction of deposits, bonds or other banking instruments;

• dealing with non-standard assets of the Bank;

• provision of banking services to premium customers (Premier Banking);

• Banking Service Centers.

After successful certification at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in April 2021, Alesia was appointed Head of Retail and Corporate Sales and elected to the Management Board of BNB-Bank.

СOn 26.01.2022 she was transferred to the position of Corporate Director by the relevant decision of the Board of Directors and continued to be a member of the Bank’s Management Board.

On 12.07.2022 Ms. Frolova was appointed Deputy CEO.

From 2017 to March 2021 Alesia Frolova held the position of the Head of Strategic Projects and later Executive Director at BNB-Bank.

Alesia started her banking career in 2007 at JSC Priorbank, in 2010-2013 she moved from specialist to Head of Retail at JSC Bank VTB (Belarus) and JSC BELROSBANK, in 2013-2016 she held the position of Head of Retail Development at JSC BTA-Bank, afterwards she worked as Head of Retail at JSC Zepter Bank.

Alesia Frolova graduated from Belarusian State Economic University holding a diploma in Finance and Credit. Alesia has over 12 years’ experience in banking sphere.

Lasha Akubardia is responsible for the following areas:

• construction and operation of an effective compliance system, including: financial monitoring and control in the area of preventing money laundering, financing of terrorist activities and financing weapons of mass destruction proliferation, anti-fraud, information and physical security;

• human resources policy, organization and implementation of effective work with personnel;

• digital development and transformation, effective implementation, coordination and management of project changes;

• development of partnership programs and strategic projects;

• development of the Bank’s activities in the area of providing services to individuals, including providing loans for the purchase of vehicles and real estate

Supervises, through executive directors, the following:

• implementation of the construction and operation of an effective system of management, monitoring and control of banking risks, prudential reporting, due diligence and collateral valuation through the Chief Risk Officer;

• implementation of marketing strategy and brand promotion through the Chief Marketing Officer;

• implementation of the information technology strategy, and ensuring the sustainability and availability of all of the Bank’s information systems and services through the IT Director.

Lasha Akubardia has been working for Belaruski Narodny Bank since 2009. He rose from economist and Head of Risk Analyses Department to Manager for Development of Management Reporting Information Systems.

After successful certification at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in January 2019, Lasha was appointed Deputy CEO and elected to the Management Board of BNB-Bank.

Since June 2020 performed the functions of CEO, and on 12th October 2020 was appointed CEO. In October 2021 he was transferred to the position of Deputy CEO.

He graduated from Belarusian State Economic University, holding a diploma in Finance and Credit. Lasha has over 12 years’ experience in banking sphere.

Ms. Naunyka oversees activities of the departments responsible for:

• clients operations and management, cash services, Call Center;

• methodology and optimization of business processes;

• client service quality;

• payment cards.

After successful certification at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in April 2021, Yulia was appointed Head of Operations and elected to the Management Board of BNB-Bank.

On 12.07.2022 Yulia Naunyka was appointed Deputy CEO.

From 2015 to August 2019 Yulia Naunyka has held the position of the Head of Business Development and later the position of Executive Deirector at BNB-Bank.

In 2011-2015 Yulia held different positions in retail, client service and project development at JSC Belagroprombank, JSC Bank VTB (Belarus), and JSC Alfa Bank.

Yulia Naunyka graduated from Mozyr State Pedagogical University holding a diploma in Mathematics, and Polessky State University holding a diploma in Finance and Credit. Yulia Naunyka has over 10 years’ experience in banking sphere.

Anzhela Rudzik is responsible for building and operating an effective system of management, monitoring and control of banking risks, prudential reporting, collateral review and valuation.

From 2007 Anzhela Rudzik held the position of the Adviser of CEO, later the position of Deputy CEO and Executive Officer at BNB-Bank. On 08.11.2021 she was transferred to the position of Chief Risk Officer.

In 2006-2007 Anzhela worked as Deputy Head of Corporate Business Department at JSC Belagroprombank, prior to that she worked as the Head of Credit Economic Division at Belarusbank, afterwards was holding same position at Priorbank JSC. She began her banking career at Mikobank as a credit officer, and then she worked in various senior positions at Belagroprombank, Belarusbank and Priorbank.

Anzhela Rudzik graduated from Belarusian State Economic University holding a diploma in Finance and Credit. Anzhela Rudzik has over 30 years’ experience in banking and lending.
