1 Notes for the user

These Operating Instructions are very important for correct use of the device.

They contain important information and safety instructions that will enable you to utilise the product correctly and economically for its intended use.

The instructions help avoid hazards, reduce repair costs and downtimes, and enhance the dependability and durability of the device.

Non-compliance of any nature whatsoever can lead to accidents with fatal consequences, injury or damage to property.

The warranty is in accordance with statutory requirements. Warranty entitlement applies only in the country in which the device was originally purchased.

Instructions

These Operating Instructions must be kept in the immediate vicinity of the workplace and must be available at all times to all operating personnel.

The operating company shall inform the operating personnel of the location of these Operating Instructions.

The operating company shall obtain replacement from the manufacturer if these Operating Instructions are, become or are rendered no longer easily legible.

If the device is acquired by or sold on to a third party the following documents must be handed over to the new owner:

1 .9 .1 Classification of the precautionary notices

Precautionary notices in these Operating Instructions draw attention to hazards associated with use of the device and indicate how they can be avoided.

The precautionary notices are subdivided into three groups according to the severity of the potential hazard:

Texts accompanied by the signal word «DANGER» indicate hazardous situations which, in the event of non-compliance with the appropriate precautions, will cause death or severe injury.

WARNING

2 Safety warnings

2 .1 General power tool safety warnings

The safety warnings in this section contain general power tool safety warnings to be set out verbatim in the Operating

Instructions as required by EN 60745. Consequently, some instructions might not be relevant for the AT2000 CPK.

WARNING

Read all safety warnings and all instructions.

Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.

Save all safety warnings and other instructions for future reference. The term «power tool» in the

warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.

2 .1 .1 Work area safety

a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark

areas invite accidents.

b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.

2 .1 .2 Electrical safety

a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.

Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock

if your body is earthed or grounded.

c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.

Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.

Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase

the risk of electric shock.

e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord

suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.

f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of

electric shock.

Safety warnings

2 .1 .3 Personal safety

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment

of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.

b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask,

non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.

c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the

switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.

d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to

a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power

tool in unexpected situations.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long

hair can be caught in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection

can reduce dust-related hazards.

2 .1 .4 Power tool use and care

a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will

do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be

controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.

c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce

the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.

d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children.

Do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.

Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly

maintained power tools.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly

maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.

g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations

different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.

2 .1 .5 Servicing

Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

Safety warnings

2 .2 Intended use

Use the device only when it is in full working order and safe, always be safety-conscious and aware of the hazards.

The AT2000 CPK is suitable for and intended for the following uses:

• Automatic binding of bundles up to a diameter of max. 20 mm

• For indoor use only

• Industrial use

2 .3 Misuse

Use other than as stated in the section entitled «Intended use» is misuse. The operator of the device bears sole

responsibility for injury and damage resulting from misuse.

The following are specifically prohibited:

• Use with faulty parts

• Use in explosive environments or in the presence of a fire hazard

• Use outdoors

• Use in high humidity and/or direct sunlight

• Simultaneous use by two or more persons

• Unauthorised alterations and modifications to the device and its component parts without the prior consent of

HellermannTyton

• Use of spare parts and accessories not tested and approved beforehand by HellermannTyton

• Operation of the device without transparent covers fitted at the gate

2 .4 Personnel qualification

Under-age persons and trainees are permitted to use the device only under the supervision of an experienced specialist and only with the express permission of the operating company.

2 .4 .1 Specialist personnel for operation

The tasks and authorisations assigned to specialist personnel for extended operation are as follows:

• Operation of the device

• Rectification of faults or, as applicable, initiation of measures for the rectification of faults

• Cleaning of the device

These individuals have the specialist training or practical experience that will ensure correct handling.

2 .4 .2 Specialist personnel for maintenance and servicing

Always have maintenance and servicing carries out by duly qualified specialist personnel. These individuals have the specialist training that affords sufficient knowledge of the device for them to judge when it is in safe working order.

These individuals are also familiar with the following rules and regulations:

• Applicable national health and safety regulations

• Accident prevention regulations

• Generally accepted rules of engineering practice

(e.g. employers’ liability insurance association codes,

DIN standards, VDE regulations, technical rules of other

European Union member states or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area).

2 .4 .3 Authorised person for low-voltage electrical equipment

Always have work on the electrical supply and on parts that are live when the device is in operation carried out by a person duly authorised to work on low-voltage electrical equipment.

2 .4 .4 Authorised specialist for repair and testing

Only service technicians from HellermannTyton are permitted to carry out repairs and safety checks.

2 .5 Underlying hazards associated with use of the device

2 .5 .1 Cleanliness at the workplace

Orderliness, good lighting and cleanliness at the workplace all help to make work easier, minimise hazards and reduce the risk of injury.

Always comply with the following principles of orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace: f Tidy tools away as soon as they are no longer needed.

f Avoid trips (e.g. immediately dispose of waste by placing it in the containers provided for the purpose).

f Immediately remove spillages of grease, oil and other liquids.

f Clean smears off the controls.

2 .5 .2 Spare parts and accessories

f It is advisable to use only OEM spare parts.

f After parts have been replaced, always make sure that everything is in full working order.

f Use only accessories approved by HellermannTyton.

Accessories can affect the way in which the device works.

Assembly

3 .3 Functional description

The AT2000 CPK is an electrically powered system for bundling electrical wires, for example, and for securing parts of various kinds with T18RA cable ties,

100 mm × 2.5 mm × 1 mm (L × W × T).

Force and quality of the binding can be softwarecontrolled or set by means of the display on the device.

The items to be bundled have to be positioned between the jaws and against the end cap. The device then closes the tie as soon as the trigger is pressed.

If a fault occurs, messages appear on the display to step the user through the recommended fault-diagnosis routine.

Process data of various kinds are collected during use.

These data can be analysed by PC software and used to document process capability, for example. In addition, the operator is notified if the tension force exceeds the preset.

The AT2000 CPK can be integrated into automatic systems by means of a serial interface on the power pack CPK.

Ce manuel vous aidera à éviter les risques, à réduire les frais de réparation, les temps d’immobilisation et d’augmenter la fiabilité et la durée de vie de l’appareil.

2 Consignes de sécurité

2 .1 Consignes de sécurité générales relatives aux outils électriques

Les consignes de sécurité mentionnées dans ce chapitre contiennent des informations générales relatives aux outils

électriques qui, conformément à la norme EN 60745, doivent

être indiquées dans le manuel d’utilisation. C’est la raison pour laquelle il est possible que certaines consignes ne concernent pas l’AT2000 CPK.

AVERTISSEMENT

Lisez toutes les consignes de sécurité et autres instructions. Si vous ne respectez pas les avertisse­

ments et les instructions mentionnés ci­dessous, vous vous exposez à un risque de choc électrique, d’incendie et / ou à des blessures graves.

Conservez toutes les consignes de sécurité et autres instructions pour un usage ultérieur. Le terme

« outil électrique » utilisé dans les consignes de sécurité correspond à l’outil que vous utilisez sur secteur

(avec câble) ou avec des piles ou des accumulateurs

(sans câble).

2 .1 .1 Sécurité au travail

a) Veillez à ce que votre environnement soit propre et bien éclairé. Les risques d’accident sont plus élevés

dans un environnement de travail en désordre et mal

éclairé.

b) N’utilisez pas d’outils électriques en atmosphère explosive comme à proximité de liquides inflammables, de gaz ou de poussière. Les outils

électriques génèrent des étincelles par lesquelles la poussière et les fumées risquent de s’enflammer.

c) Tenez les enfants et autres personnes présentes

éloignés lorsque vous utilisez un outil électrique.

Toute distraction risque de vous faire perdre le contrôle de l’appareil.

2 .1 .2 Sécurité des appareils électriques

a) La fiche secteur de l’outil électrique doit être dimensionnée en fonction de la prise secteur utilisée.

Il est interdit d’effectuer toute modification sur la fiche. N’utilisez pas d’adaptateurs destinés à des outils électriques raccordés à la terre. La fiche

d’origine et des prises appropriées réduisent le risque d’un choc électrique.

b) Évitez d’entrer en contact avec des surfaces mises

à la terre comme les conduites, les radiateurs, les cuisinières et les réfrigérateurs. Si votre corps est mis

à la terre, le risque d’un choc électrique augmente.

c) Des outils électriques ne doivent pas être exposés

à la pluie ni à l’humidité. Si de l’eau pénètre dans un

outil électrique, cela augmente le risque d’un choc

électrique.

d) Maniez le câble avec précaution. N’utilisez pas le câble pour transporter ou tirer l’outil électrique ni pour débrancher la fiche. Tenez le câble à distance d’une source de chaleur, de toute huile, d’arêtes vives et de pièces en mouvement. Des câbles

défectueux ou emmêlés augmentent le risque d’un choc électrique.

e) N’utilisez que des rallonges appropriées si vous vous servez de l’outil électrique en extérieur. Des rallonges

destinées à une utilisation en extérieur réduisent le risque d’un choc électrique.

f) Si vous ne pouvez pas éviter de travailler dans un milieu humide lorsque vous utilisez un outil

électrique, l’appareil doit être protégé par un disjoncteur différentiel. L’usage d’un disjoncteur

différentiel réduit le risque d’un choc électrique.

2 .1 .3 Sécurité personnelle

a) Lorsque vous utilisez un outil électrique, soyez vigilant, faites attention à ce que vous faites et faites preuve de bon sens. N’utilisez pas d’outils électriques lorsque vous êtes fatigué ou sous l’effet de drogues, d’alcool ou de médicaments. Lors de l’utilisation

d’outils électriques, un moment d’inattention suffit à provoquer des blessures graves.

b) Portez un équipement de protection individuelle.

Portez toujours des lunettes de protection. Si vous

portez un équipement de protection approprié comme un masque de protection respiratoire, des chaussures de sécurité antidérapantes, un casque de protection ou des bouchons d’oreilles, cela réduit les risques de blessures.

c) Empêchez que l’appareil ne puisse être mis en marche accidentellement. Assurez-vous que l’outil n’est pas sur « marche » avant de le raccorder sur l’alimentation et / ou de mettre une pile, de le soulever ou de le transporter. Ne vous déplacez pas

avec l’appareil en ayant le doigt sur l’interrupteur et ne raccordez pas d’outils électriques étant sur « marche » sur l’alimentation, vous risqueriez de provoquer des accidents.

d) Retirez toutes les clés de réglage et autres clés avant de mettre l’outil électrique en marche. Si vous laissez

une clé sur une pièce rotative de l’outil électrique, celle­ci peut être la source de blessures.

e) Veillez toujours à travailler sur un sol stable et à ne pas perdre l’équilibre. Cela vous permettra de mieux

contrôler l’outil électrique dans des situations imprévues.

f) Portez des vêtements appropriés. Ne portez pas de vêtements flottants ni de bijoux. Veillez à tenir vos cheveux, vos vêtements et vos chaussures à distance des pièces en mouvement. En cas de vêtements

flottants, de bijoux ou de cheveux longs, ceux­ci risquent d’être happés par des pièces en mouvement.

g) Si des dispositifs permettant d’aspirer et de récupérer la poussière sont disponibles, raccordezles et utilisez-les conformément aux instructions.

Un collecteur de poussière réduit les risques.

2 .1 .4 Utilisation et entretien d’outils électriques

a) Ne forcez pas lorsque vous utilisez l’outil électrique.

Utilisez un outil approprié à l’application correspondante. Vous obtiendrez les meilleurs résultats

3 .3 Description fonctionnelle

L’AT2000 CPK est un système électrique permettant d’assembler, par exemple, des faisceaux de câble et de fixer différentes pièces avec des colliers de serrage de type T18RA, 100 × 2,5 × 1 mm (L × l x h).

La force et la qualité du serrage peuvent être paramétrées via le logiciel ou sur l’écran de l’appareil.

Pour le serrage, le matériel mis en faisceau se positionne entre les pinces au niveau du cache frontal. La gâchette doit ensuite être actionnée.

En cas de défaut, l’écran affiche les mesures recommandées à prendre à l’attention de l’opérateur grâce au diagnostic des erreurs.

Diverses données de processus sont collectées pendant l’utilisation du produit. Ces données peuvent être analysées via le logiciel sur PC et peuvent, par exemple, servir à démontrer la capabilité du processus. De plus, si la valeur de la force de serrage est inférieure à celle qui a été réglée, le système en informe l’opérateur.

Il est possible d’intégrer l’AT2000 CPK dans des installations automatiques via une interface série située sur l’alimentation secteur CPK.

3 .4 Transport

f Pour transporter l’AT2000 CPK, utilisez que la mallette d’origine livrée avec le produit.

3 .5 Élimination

L’élimination de l’appareil, de chacun des composants et des matières consommables est en partie régie par les lois en vigueur. Pour obtenir des informations précises, adressez-vous aux services administratifs compétents

(par exemple, aux services chargés de la gestion des eaux et de la protection de l’environnement au niveau national et régional).

1 Gebruikersinstructies

Deze bedieningshandleiding is een essentieel document voor het reglementaire gebruik van het apparaat.

Zij bevat belangrijke informatie en veiligheidsinstructies om het product vakkundig, conform de voorschriften en economisch te gebruiken.

De handleiding helpt gevaren te voorkomen, reparatiekosten en uitvaltijden te reduceren evenals de betrouwbaarheid en de levensduur van het apparaat te verhogen.

Het niet naleven van kan tot ongevallen met dodelijke afloop, letsels of materiële schade leiden.

1 .6 Bewaren en doorgeven van de bedieningshandleiding

Deze bedieningshandleiding moet in de directe nabijheid van de werkplek worden bewaard en het voltallige personeel te allen tijde ter beschikking staan. De exploitant moet het personeel van de bewaarplaats van deze bedieningshandleiding op de hoogte stellen.

Indien de handleiding niet meer goed leesbaar is, moet de exploitant bij de fabrikant een vervangend exemplaar verwerven.

Bij overdracht of doorverkoop van het apparaat aan derden moeten de volgende documenten aan de nieuwe eigenaar worden overhandigd:

1 .9 .1 Classificatie van de waarschuwingen

Waarschuwingen in de bedieningshandleiding attenderen op gevaren bij de omgang met het apparaat en geven aanwijzingen betreffende het voorkomen ervan.

De waarschuwingen zijn aan de hand van de ernst van het gevaar geclassificeerd en in drie groepen verdeeld:

GEVAAR

Teksten met het signaalwoord „GEVAAR“ duiden op gevaarlijke situaties die bij niet-naleving tot de dood of zwaar letsel leiden.

WAARSCHUWING

2 Veiligheidsinstructies

2 .1 Algemene veiligheidsinstructies voor elektrische gereedschappen

De veiligheidsinstructies in dit hoofdstuk omvatten algemene veiligheidsinstructies voor elektrische gereedschappen die conform de norm EN 60745 in de bedieningshandleiding moeten worden vermeld. Derhalve kunnen er instructies instaan die voor AT2000 CPK niet relevant zijn.

WAARSCHUWING

Lees alle veiligheidsinstructies en andere instructies. Het niet nakomen van de volgende

waarschuwingen en instructies verhoogt het risico op een elektrische schok, brand en/of zwaar letsel.

Alle veiligheidsinstructies en andere aanwijzingen moeten voor toekomstig gebruik goed worden bewaard. De term „elektrisch gereedschap“ in de

veiligheidsinstructies heeft betrekking op uw, via het net gevoede, elektrische gereedschap (met kabel) of uw, door een batterij resp. accu gevoede, elektrische gereedschap (zonder kabel).

2 .1 .1 Veiligheid op de werkplek

a) Let erop dat de werkomgeving schoon en goed verlicht is. In een slordige of slecht verlichte omgeving is

er sprake van een hoger risico op ongevallen.

b) Gebruik geen elektrische gereedschappen in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen zoals in de buurt van brandbare vloeistoffen, gassen of stof.

Elektrische gereedschappen veroorzaken vonken die stof of rookgassen kunnen laten ontsteken.

c) Houd kinderen en toeschouwers op afstand als u een elektrisch gereedschap gebruikt. Afleiding kan ervoor zorgen dat u de controle over het gereedschap verliest.

2 .1 .2 Veiligheid van elektrische apparaten

a) De netstekker van het elektrische gereedschap moet geschikt zijn voor de gebruikte wandcontactdoos.

Voer aan de stekker geen modificaties uit. Gebruik geen verloopstekkers voor geaarde elektrische gereedschappen. Originele stekkers en passende

wandcontactdozen verminderen het risico op een elektrische schok.

b) Raak geaarde oppervlakken zoals buizen, radiatoren, haarden en koelkasten niet aan. Als uw lichaam

geaard is, is er sprake van een verhoogd risico op een elektrische schok.

c) Elektrische gereedschappen mogen noch aan regen noch aan vocht worden blootgesteld. Water dat een

elektrisch gereedschap binnendringt, verhoogt het risico op een elektrische schok.

d) Ga zorgvuldig om met de voedingskabel. Gebruik de kabel niet om het elektrische gereedschap te transporteren of te trekken of om de stekker eruit te trekken. Zorg ervoor dat de kabel niet in de buurt komt van hitte, olie, scherpe randen en beweegbare delen. Beschadigde en in de war gebrachte kabels

verhogen het risico op een elektrische schok.

e) Gebruik een geschikt verlengsnoer als u het elektrische gereedschap buiten gebruikt. Het gebruik

van een voor buiten goedgekeurd verlengsnoer reduceert het risico op een elektrische schok.

f) Is het gebruik van een elektrisch gereedschap op een vochtige plek onvermijdbaar, dan moet het apparaat door een aardlekschakelaar worden beveiligd. Het

gebruik van een aardlekschakelaar reduceert het risico op een elektrische schok.

2 .1 .3 Persoonlijke veiligheid

a) Blijf alert, let erop wat u doet en gebruik uw gezonde verstand als u een elektrisch gereedschap gebruikt. Werk niet met elektrische gereedschappen als u moe of onder de invloed van drugs, alcohol of medicatie bent. Reeds een kort moment van

onachtzaamheid bij de omgang met elektrische apparaten kan tot zware letsels leiden.

b) Draag persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. Draag altijd een veiligheidsbril. Het dragen van adequate

beschermingsmiddelen zoals stofmasker, veiligheidsschoenen met antislip-eigenschappen, veiligheidshelm of gehoorbescherming reduceert het letselrisico.

c) Vermijd het abusievelijk inschakelen. Verzeker u ervan dat het gereedschap is uitgeschakeld, voordat u het op de stroombron en/of batterij aansluit, optilt of transporteert. Het transport van het apparaat

met de vinger op de schakelaar en het aansluiten van ingeschakelde elektrische gereedschappen op de spanningsbron kan tot ongevallen leiden.

d) Verwijder alle instelsleutels en overige sleutels voordat u het elektrische apparaat inschakelt.

Sleutels die op een roterend deel van een elektrisch gereedschap zijn achtergebleven, kunnen tot letsel leiden.

e) Overschat u niet. Let er altijd op dat u stevig staat en uw evenwicht bewaart. Hierdoor heeft u het

elektrische apparaat beter onder controle, ook bij onvoorziene situaties.

f) Draag geschikte kleding. Draag geen wijde kleren of sieraden. Let erop dat haren, kleding en handschoenen niet in de buurt van beweegbare delen komen. Wijde kleding, sieraden en lange haren

kunnen vast komen te zitten in beweegbare delen.

g) Indien er inrichtingen voor het afzuigen en verzamelen van stof voorhanden zijn, moeten deze worden aangesloten en volgens de voorschriften worden gebruikt. Het gebruik van een stofafscheider

reduceert door stof veroorzaakte risico’s.

2 .1 .4 Gebruik en onderhoud van elektrische gereedschappen

a) Pas bij het gebruik van het elektrische gereedschap niet buitensporig veel kracht toe. Gebruik het elektrische gereedschap dat geschikt is voor de betreffende toepassing. Elk gereedschap vervult zijn

taak het beste en op de veiligste manier als het voor dat doeleinde wordt gebruikt, waarvoor het door de fabrikant ontworpen is.

b) Gebruik geen elektrisch gereedschap dat niet meer door middel van de schakelaar kan worden in- en uitgeschakeld. Elk elektrisch gereedschap, waarvan de

Aan/Uit-schakelaar niet meer functioneert, vormt een gevaar en moet worden gerepareerd.

c) Haal de stekker uit het stroomnet en/of scheid de accu van het toestel voordat u instellingen aan het elektrische gereedschap uitvoert, toebehoren vervangt of het apparaat opbergt. Deze preventieve

veiligheidsmaatregelen verkleinen het risico dat het gereedschap abusievelijk wordt ingeschakeld.

d) Bewaar elektrische gereedschappen die niet worden gebruikt buiten het bereik van kinderen. Geef iemand die niet vertrouwd is met het gebruik van het elektrische apparaat of deze instructies nooit toestemming om het apparaat te gebruiken. In de

handen van ongeoefende gebruikers zijn elektrische gereedschappen gevaarlijk.

e) Voer onderhoud uit aan de elektrische gereedschappen. Controleer of bewegende delen in de juiste stand staan en ongehinderd kunnen bewegen, of er geen delen gebroken zijn en of de functie van het apparaat niet belemmerd wordt. Laat beschadigde elektrische apparaten vóór het gebruik repareren.

Talrijke ongevallen zijn het gevolg van onvoldoende onderhoud aan elektrische apparaten.

f) Houd snijgereedschappen scherp en schoon.

Snijgereedschappen met scherpe snijkanten, waaraan zoals voorgeschreven onderhoud is uitgevoerd, kunnen eenvoudiger worden gehanteerd en leiden tot een beter resultaat.

g) Gebruik het elektrische gereedschap, toebehoren, mes enz. uitsluitend in overeenstemming met deze aanwijzingen en houd hierbij rekening met de arbeidsvoorwaarden en de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. Het onreglementaire gebruik van elektrische

gereedschappen kan tot een gevaarlijke situatie leiden.

2 .1 .5 Onderhoud

Laat uitsluitend geschoold personeel onderhoud uitvoeren aan uw elektrische apparaat en gebruik uitsluitend originele reserveonderdelen. Hierdoor is

de duurzame veiligheid van het elektrische gereedschap gewaarborgd.

2 .2 Reglementair gebruik

Gebruik het apparaat alleen in onberispelijke en veilige toestand en wees u bewust van de veiligheid en de risico’s.

AT2000 CPK is geschikt en bestemd voor de volgende doeleinden:

• het automatisch bundelen van te bundelen materiaal tot een diameter van max. 20 mm

• gebruik uitsluitend voor binnen

• industrieel gebruik

2 .3 Onreglementair gebruik

Elk gebruik dat niet in het hoofdstuk „Reglementair gebruik“ genoemd wordt, geldt als onreglementair.

Voor hieruit resulterende schade kan uitsluitend de exploitant van het apparaat aansprakelijk worden gesteld.

Vooral het volgende gebruik is niet toegestaan:

• gebruik met defecte onderdelen

• gebruik in een explosie- of brandgevaarlijke omgeving

2 .4 Kwalificatie van het personeel

Minderjarigen of personen in opleiding mogen de werkzaamheden uitsluitend uitvoeren onder toezicht van een ervaren geschoolde kracht en na uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de exploitant.

2 .4 .1 Geschoold personeel voor bediening

Aan het geschoolde personeel, voor uitgebreider gebruik, worden de volgende bevoegdheden en taken toegekend:

• de bediening van het apparaat

• het verhelpen van storingen resp. het treffen van maatregelen om storingen te verhelpen

• de reiniging van het apparaat

Dit personeel zorgt op grond van zijn vakkundige opleiding of praktische ervaring voor een vakkundig gebruik.

2 .4 .2 Geschoold personeel voor onderhoud

Laat het onderhoud alleen door gekwalificeerd geschoold personeel uitvoeren. Dit personeel heeft op grond van zijn vakkundige opleiding voldoende kennis met betrekking tot het apparaat en kan een veilige toestand beoordelen.

Bovendien is het personeel vertrouwd met de volgende regels en voorschriften:

• de betreffende nationale bedrijfsveiligheidsvoorschriften

• ongevallenpreventievoorscrhiften

• de algemeen erkende regels van de techniek (bijv. regels van de bedrijfsvereniging voor de wettelijke ongevallenverzekering, DIN-normen, VDE-bepalingen, technische regels van andere lidstaten van de Europese Unie of andere verdragsluitende staten van de overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte).

2 .4 .3 Opgeleide elektriciens

Laat werkzaamheden aan de elektrische voorziening en aan stroomvoerende componenten uitsluitend door een opgeleide elektricien uitvoeren.

2 .4 .4 Geautoriseerde deskundigen voor reparatie en controle

Reparaties en veiligheidstechnische controles mogen uitsluitend door een servicetechnicus van HellermannTyton worden uitgevoerd.

2 .5 Principiële risico’s bij de omgang met het apparaat

2 .5 .1 Netheid op de werkplek

Orde, goede verlichting en netheid op de werkplek vergemakkelijken het werk, minimaliseren de gevaren en reduceren het letselrisico.

Neem de volgende beginselen voor orde en netheid op de werkplek in acht: f Ruim gereedschap dat niet meer wordt gebruikt op.

f Voorkom struikelpunten (bijv. gooi afval direct in de hiervoor bestemde bakken).

f Verwijder verontreinigingen door vet, olie en andere vloeistoffen direct.

f Voorkom verontreinigingen op de bedieningsvelden.

2 .5 .2 Reserveonderdelen en toebehoren

f Wij adviseren om uitsluitend originele reserveonderdelen te gebruiken.

f Worden onderdelen vervangen, controleer dan vervolgens de functie ervan.

3 .3 Functiebeschrijving

AT2000 CPK is een elektrisch aangedreven systeem voor het bundelen van bijv. kabelbomen of -sets en ter bevestiging van verschillende onderdelen met bundelbanden van het type T18RA, 100 mm × 2,5 mm ×

1 mm (L × B × H).

De spankracht en kwaliteit van de bundeling kan via software of het display van het apparaat worden ingesteld.

Voor een bundeling wordt het te bundelen materiaal tussen de tangen tegen de frontplaat geplaatst.

Vervolgens wordt de trigger bediend.

In het geval van een storing wordt de gebruiker op het display door de foutendiagnose met geadviseerde maatregelen geleid.

Tijdens het gebruik worden er verschillende procesdata verzameld. Deze kunnen via de pc-software worden geanalyseerd en dienen bijv. als bewijs van de procescapaciteit. Verder ontvangt de bediener een aanwijzing, mocht de ingestelde spankracht niet worden bereikt.

AT2000 CPK kan via een seriële interface in de voedingsmodule CPK in automatische installaties worden geïntegreerd.

3 .4 Transport

f Gebruik voor het transport van AT2000 CPK de meegeleverde koffer.

3 .5 Afvoeren

Het afvoeren van het apparaat, afzonderlijke modules evenals grond- en hulpstoffen is gedeeltelijk onderhevig aan wettelijke bepalingen. Exacte informatie is te krijgen bij de betreffende instantie (bijv. waterschappen en milieudiensten op landelijk en regionaal niveau).

f Verwijder de verpakking.

Verwijder de verpakking volgens de geldende verwijderings- en milieuvoorschriften.

f Geef de af te voeren goederen uitsluitend af bij geautoriseerde inzamelpunten.
