1 ПРОВЕДЕНИЕ ЛЕЧЕБНЫХ ПРОЦЕДУР
1.1 Общие сведения
Воздействие импульсными токами на рефлексогенные зоны и точки для профилактики, лечения и восстановления функций организма является эффективным методом оздоровления. Применение чрескожной динамической электронейростимуляции, как в комплексе с другими видами лечения, так и в виде отдельного метода оздоровления, способствует положительной динамике при многих острых и хронических заболеваниях. Применение аппаратов ДЭНАС позволяет ускорить процесс выздоровления, снижает фармакологическую нагрузку на организм и способствует быстрому восстановлению здоровья. Определена достоверная клиническая эффективность при применении чрескожной динамической электронейростимуляции в лечении пациентов с заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы, опорно-двигательного аппарата, травмами, гинекологическими, урологическими болезнями. Показана эффективность в лечении пациентов хирургического, офтальмологического профиля, заболеваний бронхолёгочной системы и органов пищеварения. Накоплен опыт эффективного применения ДЭНС при широком спектре неврологических заболеваний. Ряд исследований свидетельствует о безусловной целесообразности применения динамической электронейростимуляции как эффективного компонента комплексных лечебных и реабилитационных программ в педиатрии.
1.2 Показания и противопоказания к применению
Аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ может применяться для пациентов любого возраста, начиная с новорождённых. В зависимости от задач лечения аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ может применяться при различных заболеваниях и синдромах для получения обезболивающего, спазмолитического, сосудистого, противовоспалительного, трофического и общерегуляторного эффектов.
Показания к применению:
- острые и хронические болевые синдромы;
- травмы;
- заболевания органов дыхания, пищеварения (ЖКТ), ЛОР-органов, сердечно-сосудистой, костно-мышечной, нервной, эндокринной и мочеполовой систем, глаз, кожи;
- реабилитация после перенесённых заболеваний, хирургических вмешательств, травм; повышение адаптационных возможностей организма в условиях воздействия неблагоприятных патогенных факторов, при напряжённой физической и умственной работе, физическом и умственном переутомлении, при синдроме хронической усталости, затруднении пробуждения по утрам и сонливости днём, при нарушении засыпания вечером и бессоннице, повышенной раздражительности, депрессивных состояниях, при нарушениях сексуальной функции, а также для профилактики простудных заболеваний.
Противопоказания к применению
Абсолютные:
- индивидуальная непереносимость электрического тока;
- наличие имплантированного кардиостимулятора.
Относительные*:
- эпилептический статус;
- новообразования любой этиологии и локализации; в далеко зашедших стадиях онкологического процесса электростимуляция может проводиться как паллиативный (вспомогательный) метод, в том числе с целью уменьшения болевого синдрома, по назначению врача;
- острые лихорадочные состояния неясной этиологии;
- тромбозы вен;
- состояние острого психического, алкогольного или наркотического возбуждения.
Внимание! Запрещено применять аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ в области прямой проекции сердца спереди.
* В данных случаях рекомендуется применение ДЭНАС ПКМ согласовать с лечащим врачом.
1.3 Условия проведения лечения
Для проведения лечения специальных условий не требуется. Сеансы можно проводить как самостоятельно, так и с помощью оператора, который проведёт лечение в тех зонах и точках, которые невозможно самостоятельно обработать аппаратом ДЭНАС ПКМ. Во время электротерапии пациент может сидеть или лежать в удобном для него положении. После сеанса пациенту рекомендуется отдых в течение 10–15 минут.
Внимание! После каждой процедуры электрод аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ следует обрабатывать дезинфицирующим раствором. Для чистки электродов используйте 3%-й раствор перекиси водорода и мягкие салфетки без ворса. Хранить аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ необходимо с сухим электродом
1.4 Лечение аппаратом ДЭНАС ПКМ
1.4.1 Способы обработки
Лечебное воздействие с помощью встроенного электрода аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ или соответствующих выносных терапевтических электродов проводится на рефлексогенные зоны различной площади и биологически активные точки. Воздействие может осуществляться тремя способами – стабильным, лабильным и лабильно-стабильным.
Стабильный способ
Это способ, при котором сохраняется неподвижное положение электродов на выбранной зоне в течение всего времени воздействия. Применяется для воздействия на зоны небольшого размера и биологически активные точки. Этот способ можно применять для обработки зон большой площади, когда есть риск травмировать кожу. При этом электроды переставляются последовательно на соседние участки кожи.
Лабильный способ
При лабильном способе электроды перемещают по зоне воздействия. Перемещение производят плавно, скользя по поверхности тела, со скоростью от 0,5 до 2–3 см в секунду. Осуществляют прямолинейные, кругообразные и иные движения с небольшой компрессией в зависимости от размеров и рельефа обрабатываемого участка.
Лабильно-стабильный способ
При лабильно-стабильном способе воздействия производится непродолжительная задержка встроенного или выносных зональных электродов, например в зонах максимальной болезненности.
1.4.2. Время воздействия
В случаях, когда основной целью лечебного сеанса является оказание неотложной помощи (например, обезболивание), основным критерием достаточности воздействия на сеансе является исчезновение или значительное уменьшение жалоб.
При курсовом лечении, когда состояние пациента стабилизируется, можно руководствоваться средними значениями времени воздействия, которые приводятся ниже.
Средняя продолжительность одного сеанса в зависимости от возраста:
- для детей 1-го года жизни — 5–10 минут (1–3 минуты на одну зону);
- для детей 1–3 лет — 10–15 минут (3–5 минут на одну зону);
- для детей 3–5 лет — 15–20 минут (5–7 минут на одну зону);
- для детей 5–12 лет — 20–25 минут (7–9 минут на одну зону); 85
- для детей старше 12 лет и у взрослых — до 30–40 минут (10–15 минут на одну зону).
Мощность (интенсивность) воздействия
Определение мощности электростимуляции осуществляется индивидуально, на основании субъективных ощущений пациента. Мощность электростимуляции условно подразделяется на три уровня.
1.4.3.1 Минимальный уровень – под электродами не возникает никаких ощущений или возникает ощущение легкой вибрации.
Минимальный уровень устанавливается в тех случаях, когда воздействие должно быть низкоинтенсивным – это дети до 12 лет, взрослые пациенты с заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы (артериальная гипертензия, артериальная гипотензия, вегетососудистая дистония — ВСД). Пациентам, у которых наблюдаются частые головные боли, головокружения, лечение необходимо начинать также с минимального уровня мощности. Специально для детей в аппарате предусмотрена функция «Детский доктор», где учтён минимальный уровень мощности: 1-5 ед.
1.4.3.2 Комфортный уровень – воздействие выше порога ощущений. Под электродами ощущается безболезненная вибрация, покалывание или лёгкое жжение. Это наиболее часто применяемый на практике уровень мощности.
1.4.3.3 Максимальный уровень – это ощущения на пороге боли. Под электродом возникает болезненное жжение, покалывание. При этом может возникать непроизвольное сокращение мышц в области воздействия. Применяется для лечения болевых синдромов при интенсивной боли.
Внимание! На этапах лечения уровень мощности электростимуляции может увеличиваться и уменьшаться в зависимости от изменения степени индивидуальной чувствительности пациента и по мере уменьшения боли
Внимание! Контроль уровня мощности осуществляется субъективно, по ощущениям пациента. Не следует превышать порог переносимости боли.
Внимание! Пациентам с артериальной гипертензией, артериальной гипотензией, синдромом вегетососудистой дистонии, а также пациентам, у которых наблюдаются частые головные боли, головокружения, лечение необходимо проводить при минимальном уровне мощности.
Режимы стимуляции
Для проведения лечения в меню аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ предусмотрены пункты: «Программы», «Частоты», «МЭД», «Скрининг».

Кнопками ↑↓ выберите необходимую программу и нажмите кнопку «ОК»
Установите электроды на необходимую зону. С помощью кнопок ← и → установите мощность воздействия и проведите лечение. Подробно работа с п. «Программы» приводится приложении Б

4.4.3. МЭД
Минимальная эффективная доза (МЭД) — это автоматическая программа, которая применяется для реабилитации и профилактики при физическом перенапряжении, психоэмоциональных перегрузках, при синдроме хронической усталости и заболеваниях внутренних органов, в том числе для профилактики простудных заболеваний в период эпидемии. Минимально применяется один раз в день, курсом 8–12 дней.
Порядок работы с меню
В главном меню кнопками ↑↓ выберите пункт МЭД и нажмите кнопку «ОК»
Установите электрод аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ на зону хэ-гу. С помощью кнопок ← и → установите мощность воздействия. Рекомендуемый уровень мощности – минимальный или комфортный.
Внимание! Воздействие в программе МЭД проводится только с применением встроенного электрода аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ.
Внимание! Во время работы аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ в режиме МЭД электрод на коже пациента должен быть установлен стабильно, т.е. передвигать электрод аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ непосредственно во время его работы нельзя.
Внимание! Контроль за увеличением мощности осуществляется субъективно по ощущениям пациента при контакте электродов с поверхностью кожи. Не следует превышать порог болевой чувствительности.
Программа МЭД состоит из двух фаз. По окончании каждой фазы аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ подаёт звуковой сигнал
1.4.4.4 Скрининг
Режим «Скрининг» позволяет выбрать оптимальные зоны воздействия для усиления системного эффекта ДЭНС и определить расположение латентных триггерных зон (скрытых проблемных зон) путём сравнения изменений электрических характеристик кожи при стимуляции на различных участках выбранной зоны.
Порядок работы с меню
В главном меню кнопками ↑↓ выберите пункт «Скрининг» и нажмите кнопку «ОК»
Аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ готов к работе. Для начала работы установите электроды на кожу. Аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ начнёт работать при контакте электродов с кожей. Частота (10 Гц) и мощность воздействия устанавливается аппаратом автоматически
По окончании работы (через 5 секунд) аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ выводит на экран измеренные значения (ΔLT). Запишите или запомните полученное значение. Для продолжения измерений переставьте аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ на следующую зону
Внимание! Во время работы аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ в режиме «Скрининг» электрод на коже пациента должен быть установлен стабильно, т.е. передвигать электрод аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ непосредственно во время его работы в режиме «Скрининг» нельзя.
При обнаружении аппаратом ДЭНАС ПКМ контакта электрода с поверхностью кожи появится индикация интервала времени — 5 секунд, в течение которого определяется изменение электрического сопротивления кожи в ответ на посылаемый аппаратом ДЭНАС ПКМ импульс. По окончании 5 секунд аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ издаёт короткий звуковой сигнал и выводит результат измерения в виде индекса ΔLT (в диапазоне от 0 до 100 единиц), например, ΔLT = 8.
Запишите полученное значение. Переставьте аппарат ДЭНАС ПКМ на соседнюю зону, отрывая электрод аппарата ДЭНАС ПКМ от кожи на 1–2 секунды. Латентными триггерными зонами будут участки кожи, в которых значения ΔLT существенно отличаются как в сторону увеличения, так и в сторону уменьшения. Например, при тестировании соседних участков выбранной кожной зоны вы получили следующие результаты ΔLT (в ед.): 6, 5, 8, 20, 4, 7. В данном примере латентной триггерной зоной будет та, в которой значение ΔLT = 20. Выявленные триггерные зоны следует дополнительно обработать в режиме «Терапия» в течение 1–5 минут на частоте 60 Гц или 77 Гц.

1. SAFETY REGULATIONS Information, contained in present operations manual, is important for your safety and proper use and maintenance of the device. The device is safe for use, because it utilizes internal power source of low voltage, which is isolated from work part of the device (article of type B with body of type F). The device must not be used for treatment of patients with implanted electronic devices (for example, pacemakers) and for treatment of patients who have individual electric current intolerance.

Don’t treat patient with any high-frequency electric device during stimulation; simultaneous use of the device and other electric equipment can cause burns and lead to possible damage of the device. Work near short-wave and microwave equipment can bring to instability of output parameters of the device. -

The device is not waterproof. Protect it from ingress of moisture. All works on maintenance and repair of the device must be executed by qualified specialists of the manufacturer. Transport conditions: temperature from -50 C to +50 C, relative air humidity from 30 to 93%, atmospheric pressure from 70 to 106 kPa (525 to 795 mm Hg). -

2. PURPOSE Universal transcutaneous electrostimulator DiaDENS-PCM is intended for application of system-regulating impact on physiological systems of the body and for the treatment of functional disorders under wide range of diseases. Dynamic electroneurostimulation is executed through impulses of electric current on biologically active points and zones of the human body.

3.12.2. The device DiaDENS-PCM uses electromagnetic energy only for internal functions, and due to this fact, radiation of the device is minimal and shall not impact nearest electronic equipment. The device DiaDENS-PCM shall not be used alongside other equipment. If such action is deemed necessary, then DiaDENS-PCM and other equipment shall be checked for correctness of operation under joint use. -

3. CONDITIONS FOR TREATMENT You do not need any special conditions for treatment with DENS. Treatment procedures can be carried out both individually and with help of an operator who will carry out treatment on those zones and points, which you cannot reach yourself. 4. INTENSITY (POWER) OF ELECTROSTIMULATION The level of energy treatment with impulse current is determined individually based on subjective sensations of the patient. Intensity of electrostimulation is conditionally divided into three levels. The first minimal level — the patient does not have any subjective sensations or has subtle vibrations in area of impact under electrodes.

The third, maximal level – the patient feels expressed painful pricking or burning. Such intensity can be accompanied by involuntary contraction of muscles close to electrodes. It is used under expressed pain syndrome. Under switching on, level of power is equal to zero. To increase power you should press and hold button . -

Attention! For patients with hypertension, hypotension, a syndrome of vegetative- vascular dystonia, as well as patients who have frequent headaches, dizziness, treatment should be carried out with minimal power level. -

5. MODALITIES Dynamic electroneurostimulation with DiaDENS-PCM device is applied using three methods: stabile, labile and labile-stabile. Stable method of application (fixed electrodes) is used for treating small zones and on places with mutated skin (rash, abscesses, burns, postoperative and post burn scars, edemas, large birthmarks and so on).

ДиаДЭНС-ПКМ в Кейсе с комплектом Аппликаторов
