    This section describes troubleshooting the mechanical and electrical functions of the EasyLyte analyzer. This section is based on the principle of replacing suspected faulty assemblies with new assemblies. Medica recommends keeping an inventory of functioning test assemblies for troubleshooting the EasyLyte. Refer to the Troubleshooting Guide in this section to deter- mine the cause and corrective action that must be taken to properly service the EasyLyte Analyzer.

    Troubleshooting AC Power Verification WARNING: Careless handling of AC Power, especially 220V, can be hazardous or fatal. Only qualified personnel should work with AC Power. 1. Check that the voltage selector switch is set at the proper voltage (110V or 220V). This volt- age must match the power outlet voltage.

    Troubleshooting Probe Motor Verification 1. Disconnect the power cord, wait 5 seconds, then reinstall the power. The probe arm should move down and back up. If there are no error messages, resume normal operation. If an “MTS” error occurs, proceed to STEP 2. 2.

Remove the sample detector from the front housing. 3. Install the sample detector into the sample detector receptacle. Do not install the electrode housing or pump tubing at this time.

    Troubleshooting Signal Input Verification 1. Remove and inspect electrodes and electrode housing for liquid leakage and salt build-up. All electrodes and the electrode housing surfaces MUST be completely dry. See EasyLyte Operator’s Manual for further information on consumable items. 2. Inspect the electrode pin receptacles on the EasyLyte analyzer front housing. Remove any liq- uid or salt from these areas.

    Troubleshooting 6. Disconnect the black wire from the back connector on the Cl-/Li+ red wire. 7. Turn on the Voltage Source. 8. Set the Voltage Source to the group 1 settings listed in the table below. Three new individual values will appear on the screen. Wait a few seconds for the values to stabilize then verify that the values are within specification.

    Repair Display Removal 1. Detach the two short self tapping screws from the sample detector board using a #2 Phillips screw driver. See Figure R49. 2.     Repair Display Installation 1. Place the display adapter into the front housing window. The smooth edge should be facing the front housing of the analyzer. For two-line displays there is an additional orientation notch. To install correctly, arrange the adapter so that the notch is located on the top inside edge of the adapter. 2.

Align the display assembly and insert into place, as shown in Figure R53, using the YES/NO buttons as a guide. 5. Анализатор электролитов крови EasyLyte компании Medica Corporation, США.
У кого есть документация, сервис-мануал, каталог запчастей (с каталожными номерами для заказов). Имеется частая проблема в протекании, после промывки и продувки клапана и всей гидравлики проблема временно исчезает. Вот думаю на клапан (распределительный), в который вставляется пак. либо засор либо подсос воздуха. Хотелось бы попробовать его поменять, но не знаю как правильно называется и где лучше заказать.

не забывай что клапан сменный, гарантированная наработка 12 месяцев, посмотри сколько прибору. Правда стоят по 2-4 года, но проблема еще и в объемах, чем больше тем быстрее отказывает, хотя там тупо резинки, но кривизна рук сказывается, да и если фильтр для иглы не используют, то тоже грязи насобирывает. Попробуй помой жесткой промывкой от гематологов, понемногу, шприцом. Сервисной нет, по расходке есть две картинки из пользовательской, прилагаю. По ценам надо искать, на вскидку http://www.unimedao.ru/price_list?id=11547#1 скачай каталог, там есть все каталожные номера и паков и электродов и расходки.

Клапан растворов он называется, дело процентов на 95 в нем. Сервисная у меня есть, только там ничего интересного нет. Медиковские приборы отличаются крайней простотой в обслуживании и замене запчастей, с этим, по идее, любой лаборант справится. А если что-то с электроникой, то без имитатора электродов все равно прибор не настроишь, а половина сервисной инструкции этому посвящена.

Добрый день!
Аппарат Na/K/Ca/pH, отработал на новых электродах 3 месяца, начались проблемы с калибровкой Na, первоначально помогала промывка, но перестала, электрод почистил штатными средствами, откалибровался, но с дрейфом, отработал день и снова перестал. Попробовал поставить электрод с другого, картина таже. Поменял референсный, Na заработал, но перестал калиброваться Са, меняем референсный — все наоборот. Да, принтер умер уже давно, поэтому уточнить, что при калибровке происходит, не получается. Уже сломал голову mad
Может у кого-нибудь есть идеи и мысли. unknown

Добавил EasyLyte Operator’s Manual — Rus в хранилище, еще бы сервис мануал кто бы положил, со схемой. После Нов Года явился на работу и обнаружил что протекла крыша над EasyLyte Calcium. Вода попала в блок электродов,дорожки кое-где отгорели в уголь. Восстановил дорожки, собрал-идёт нагрев, на кнопки не реагирует, по плате полазил,обнаружил отсутствие U=+5V — питание микрух, идет с U12(78L05)-между Вых и Землёй R=10 Ом. Искал КЗ, обнаружил в микроконтроллере U10 P80C552EBA, смог заказать EFA, надеюсь подойдет.

Присоединяюсь. Аналогично с электродом Na. Менял на новый промывкой дотягивает до 47, маловато. Подскажите какое напряжение должно быть на нормальном Na, у меня 125.

Здравствуйте коллеги! На Еasylyte calcium после ежедневной очистки,в калибровке выдаётся ошибка «ПОМПА НЕ В НОРМЕ»? Перепробовали всё! В чем проблема?

Проблема в «cмачиваемости » трубки помпы насоса.
Промойте внутри трубку помпы гипохлоридом (или белизной из магазина бытовой химии — это тоже 5% водный р-р гипохлорида),
если трубка имеет механические дефекты, поменяйте её на новую.

Коллеги, обращаюсь с вопросом. Устанавливал EasyLyte с кальцием и pH. При калибровке сразу выдает «ошибка 11». Судя по мануалу проблема с датчиком считывания RFID метки. подскажите, куда смотреть, чего крутить?

Вот что ответил сервис Instrumentation Laborotary:

Dear Sergey,
Even if the two instruments ( EasyLyte Plus and ILyte) are manufactured by the same company (Medica Corp.), the parts and the solutions pack are different. The electrodes of the ILyte doesn’t fit in the EasyLyte instruments, and also the position of the calibrators inside of the solution pack, are different. If you try to use a solution pack of the ILyte on the EasyLyte (and also the contrary) surely you will find an error during the calibration, on all channels, since the solutions for calibration (Cal1 and Cal2) have not the concentration that the software expects to “see».

Думаю, надо брать электроды и пробывать. Пак понятно, что если отверстие для слива и стандарт А перепутаны, то не подойдут. Может не хотят палится просто — судя с их ответа.

Прибор калибруется, ошибок не выдает.Напряжение электродов попадает в допустимый диапазон.После взятия пробы крови не выдает значения Na,вместо значения натрия выдает **** ,а расчет К в норме .С чем это может быть связано(электроды новые)?

eroigor,Что то я не припомню,чтобы при калибровке выводилось значение крутизны на дисплей.Измерения проводил с помощью контроля

san-che30, Значения крутизны можно посмотреть в подразделе меню, смотри описание анализатора. Да, а после калибровки на экране что пишет?

Периодически прибор не показывал калий. Сначала калибровка была как на фото 1. Потом стали появляться звёздочки. Электроды не меняли давно. Сегодня заменил все электроды, трубки, раствор. Планово. Но калий упорно не хочет калиброваться. Пробовал и старый и новый электрод. Ткните почему.

Электроды заменены все, годны до 5. 05. 2017.Такое ощущение что контакта на калии нет. Или пропадает. Но там отвёртку нужно длинную, вчера под рукой не было.

Константин1969, отвёрткой и прочими (надфилями) не вздумай залазить туда, имеется печальный опыт (не мой). Можешь взять зубочистку, не много намочить (спиртом) и протереть внутри, максимум скрепкой. Но на практике такая неисправность была только на референсном электрод…

Проверь контакт ! До платы !

Для информации, на этих приборах со временем перестает работать референтный электрод, причина, наслоение несмываемых отложений на мембранной сборке, эта беда довольно легко ремонтируется!
Надо вытащить мембранную сборку , аккуратно слив хлористый калий, отклеить липкую ленту, под ней есть маленькая дырочка,надо просто сместить ленту на новое место или в сторону и заклеить все на место ! Проверено неоднократно работает как новая !!!

fred1, +1 Константин1969, ищи проблему в мембране такая же фигня, только с Натрием была. Лента в потраха на мембране размоталась, пришлось использовать вместо нее пару витков фумленты предварительно размоченной в растворе, что в камеру заливаешь. так мы проработали 4 месяца biggrin

Референтный электрод новый, в том-то и дело. Что новые что старые электроды ставил, картина одна. Естественно все способы попробую что советовали. Всем спасибо за отклики. Судя по схеме измерений если реф сдох то по идее калибровки пл Хл и Натр тоже быть не должно. Так? На мембране обычная лента клейкая или что-то специальное?
Отвёртку естественно имел ввиду для снятия задней стенки, два верхних винта. biggrin
