    When you use special paper, check the package for additional instructions on loading and using the paper. Caution: If your Epson special paper includes a cleaning sheet, don’t use it with this printer; the sheet may jam inside your printer.

    Envelopes 1. Open the paper support and slide out its extensions. 2. Open the front flap, then pull out the output tray and its extension.

    3. Press in the release button on the left edge guide and slide the guide to the left. Release button 4. You can print on up to 10 envelopes at a time. However, to help the last envelope feed easily, load one extra envelope. For example, load 11 envelopes to print on 10 of them.

    You can achieve good results with most types of plain bond paper. Coated papers, however, provide superior printouts because they absorb less ink. Epson provides special papers that are formulated for the ink used in Epson ink jet printers and recommends these papers to ensure high-quality results.

    Cleaning the Print Head If your printouts are unexpectedly light or faint, or you notice light or dark bands across your printout, you may need to clean the print head. This unclogs the nozzles so they can deliver ink properly. Print head cleaning uses ink, so clean it only if quality declines.

    Leave the expended cartridge installed until you have obtained a replacement, or the ink remaining in the print head nozzles may dry out. To ensure good results, use genuine Epson ink cartridges and do not refill them. Other products may cause damage to your printer not covered by Epson’s warranty.

    Caution: You must remove the yellow tape from the cartridge before you install it; otherwise, print quality may decline or you may not be able to print. Do not remove or tear the label or other seals on the cartridge; this can cause leakage.

Обслуживание струйного принтера Epson 1410 c СНПЧ

  1. Принтер Epson 1410 является струйным, при печати используются чернила
  2. В зависимости от направления использования принтра, пользователь использует различные виды чернил:
    1. Водные ( на водной основе, обычная печать).
    2. Пигментные ( на основе пигмента, не смываются от воды на обычной бумаге).
    3. Сублимационные (предназначены для использования в сувенирной продукции, используется технология термопереноса чернил на различные объекты).
  3.  Если на принтер установлена СНПЧ (Система Непрерывной Подачи Чернил), то обслуживание принтера имеет свои характерные особенности. Для первичного понимания рассмотрим виды СНПЧ:
    1. Картриджная СНПЧ – наиболее часто используемая СНПЧ, проста в эксплуатации и установке на принтер. Состоит из картриджей, шлейфа и емкостей где находиться основной запас чернил, обычно это 100мл.
    2. Капсульная СНПЧ – редко встречается но считается более практичной, но имеет свои тонкости при установке и эксплуатации. По цене обычно в 3 раза дороже картриджной системы.
  4. Средняя служба СНПЧ составляет 1-1,5 года что является отличным показателем при интенсивном использовании принтера. По истечение данного срока в системе образуются различные деффекты в виде (образования воздуха, подтеки, неравномерная печать, двоиться изоброжение, не печатает один или более цветов), все эти деффекты могут быть из-за неисправной системы. В стыковых узлах системы используются резиновые прокладки и по истесчение времени они теряют свои свойства.
  5. Обслуживание принтера состоит из основных составляющих:
    1. Использование чернил определенного вида и цвета для каждой емкости, т.е при залитии чернил в СНПЧ необходимо быть внимательным и не залить чернила в соседний цвет(емкость) особенно М, LM или C, LC, смешивать цвета также не допустимо, это приведет к некоректному отпечату с потерей цветовой гаммы.
    2. Необходимо следить за уровнем чернил в СНПЧ, в емкостях для чернил. Уровень чернил должен быть не ниже 3 см от нижнего уровня, своевременно даливать чернила. Оптимально если все цвета будут находиться на одном уровне и этот уровень будет соответствовать верхнему уровню картриджей в принтере как на рисунке 1. Давление будет равномерно распределено по системе, что приведет к хорошему отпечатку.

    3. Следить за памперсом(сливом), чтобы он не переполнялся и своевременно выливать отработанные чернила.

    4. Следить чтобы шлейф системы небыл пережат и его перемещение в принтере было равномерным без зацеплений и ударов печатающей головки.
    5. Своевременно протирать валик захвата бумаги от пыли, для наилучшей работы принтера.
    6. Следить за чистотой фоздушных фильтров
  6. Обслуживание принтера в случае поломки или нестандартной печати с деффектами:
    1. Если копьютер не видит принтер, переодически пропадает, система настройки принтера некоректно выглядит то необходимо переустановка драйвера принтера (звонить в IT отдел).
    2. Если на правой панели принтера кнопки поочередно мигают красным цветом, значит необходимо электронно сбросить памперс (звонить в IT отдел).
    3. Наличие воздушного клапана в шлейфе системы.

      Необходимо прокачать воздух из шлейфа системы используя шприц.  
  7. Програмное обеспечение принтера:
    1. Пуск — Устройства и принтеры — (находим принтер) — Epson 1410 — Свойства принтера — Настройка(настройка печати) — Сервис
      1. Проверка дюз — если на печати появились полосы, цвета не соответствуют, необходимо распечатать тест дюз и удостовериться в качестве печати, дюзы должны быть идеальны.
      2. Прочистка печатающей головки — в случае если дюзы печатаются некоретно с пробелами то необходимо задать прочистку печатающей головки, а после распечатать тест дюз и удостовериться в качестве печати.
      3. Калибровка печатающей головки — если принтер печатает с полосами, тест дюз отличный значит необходимо сделать калибровку печатающей головки.
