5.2.4. ОСВЕЩЕНИЕ В ДУХОВОМ ШКАФУ
Для безопасности и удобства во время эксплуатации духового шкафа в нем включается освещение
для наблюдения за процессом готовки.
5.3. ВКЛЮЧЕНИЕ И ВЫКЛЮЧЕНИЕ ДУХОВОГО ШКАФА
ВКЛЮЧЕНИЕ ДУХОВОГО ШКАФА
1. С помощью переключателя функций выберите режим готовки,
2. С помощью переключателя температуры установите желаемую температуру,
3. С помощью таймера можно задать время готовки.

Установите переключатели функций и температуры в нулевую позицию.
5.3.1. ПОСЛЕ ВКЛЮЧЕНИЯ ДУХОВОГО ШКАФА
После выбора любой из функций духового шкафа:
− Включается желтая контрольная лампочка,
Включается освещение духового шкафа,
Включается циркулярный вентилятор и/или привод вертела (если была выбрана эта функция),

шкаф после того как погаснет красная лампочка.
5.4. ОПИСАНИЕ ФУНКЦИЙ ДУХОВОГО ШКАФА

Подогрев с помощью верхнего и нижнего нагревателей – традиционное выпекание
Выпекание в режиме циркуляции горячего воздуха
Тепло выделяется находящимся под днищем духового шкафа нижним нагревателем. Этой
функцией следует пользоваться, когда необходимо поджарить нижнюю часть
приготовляемого блюда (например, при выпекании сочных, наполненных фруктами пирогов).
Рекомендуется применять эту функцию в последние 10-15 минут выпекания.
Задействованы одновременно и нижний нагреватель, и вентилятор. Этот подогрев предназна-
чен для выпекания дрожжевых пирогов или консервирования овощей и фруктов. Лучше всего
поставить блюдо на первую или вторую направляющую снизу, при этом противни не должны
быть слишком высокими.
Оба нагревательных элемента выделяют тепло вовнутрь духового шкафа. Блюда лучше
ставить на одном уровне духового шкафа, лучше всего посередине. Этот способ подогрева
предназначен для выпекания пирогов, хлеба, пиццы, а также для приготовления мясных и
рыбных блюд.
• В этой функции включаются одновременно верхний, нижний нагревательные элементы и вентиля-
тор или кольцевой нагреватель и вентилятор. Находящийся за экраном с отверстиями вентилятор
производит обдув блюда горячим воздухом. При использовании этого метода подогрева следует
установить более низкую температуру, чем при традиционном выпекании. Температура не должна
превышать 200 ° С.
