    E21 Installation Manual Preface Target reader This manual guides the following operators to install, configure and maintain the E21 press break numerical control device:  Machine tool operators  Installation and maintenance personnel Range of application Installation and maintenance personnel can install and operate this device properly by referring to this manual.

    Therefore, before turning on the power supply, check the connection of input output grounding and power supply wire.  Grounding terminal of E21 digital control device must be grounded in correct way, with low impedance lower than 0.3Ω.  Do not dismantle the device without authorization so as to avoid malfunction.

    7.2.1 Ground classification in equipment cabinet Ground in equipment cabinet is divided into three categories:  Signal ground: for example, signal reference in E21 controller;  Shield ground: the shield layer of communication cable can prevent the system from external interference and hinder internal noise interfere other equipment. The ground shield layer connected to be called shield ground must connect to protective ground.

Low temperature; refer to JB-T 8832-2001 General requirements for

при подходе к нижней точке паунсон останавливается в ней и начинает давить. при этом не отключается. давление нарастает. в итоге срабатывает либо предохранительный клапан, либо просто на стоп выключаем. при этом таймер стоит на 1 сек. (т.е фактически это означает, что при вхождении в режим медленного опускания он должен двигаться 1 секунду ? )

Так и должно быть. Когда включается нижний концевик, начинается рабочий ход (прессование). Но манометр не показывает давление, т.к. есть движение балки. Как балка остановилась в НМТ, манометр начнет показывать давление. Причем Вы можете давить хоть 10 сек, и ничего не должно происходить. Показание на манометре — это как раз настройка предохранительного клапана.

Хорошо бы посмотреть вашу электросхему, я бы на пальцах объяснил назначение каждого таймера

Предохранительный клапан 10 устанавливает давление в системе.

Предохранительный клапан 60 поддерживает балку в верхнем положение.

Предохранительный клапан 90 — для аварийного сброса давления в линии слива.

и можно ли заставить движки двигаться медленнее?

Опять надо смотреть электросхему. Если движки запитаны через частотник, то да. Если напрямую, их обороты мы не уменьшим.

сейчас при задании по Х например 100, он движется к этой цели, пролетает 5мм, потом возвращается, и так пока не попадет в допуск 0,2мм.

У Вас скорее всего установлено однонаправленное позиционирование.

Overrun En = 1

Over.Dis = 5 мм

можно ли сделать так, чтобы он медленно подходил к этой точке?

в настройка есть пункт Safe-X — по умолчанию 10

но никакого медленного режима не включается

У Вас скорее всего односкоростной привод (без частотника). Поэтому нельзя сделать медленную скорость.
