Uses of Liebherr large crawler tractors
In open cast coal mining, crawler tractors are used to loosen and displace excavated material in order to prepare terrain for large excavators and to form and clean roadways.
Device configuration
Each Liebherr crawler tractor can be individually configured. In coal mines, crawlers are very often equipped with a U-blade, rear ripper or counterweight and wide track shoes.
High pull and pushing force
The friction-locked and infinitely variable hydrostatic travel drive give Liebherr crawler tractors high pull and pushing forces. This innovative drive system enables simple and safe operation in all work situations.
Outstanding levelling characteristics
Coal mining requires the regular laying of track systems and conveyor belts. The formation level required for the “moving over” are very quickly created by Liebherr crawler tractors.

Belt reverse crawler tractor in open cast coal mining
Liebherr PR 754 belt reverse crawler. The efficient combination device.
The basic machine can be converted into a “belt reverse” crawler in a very short time. This allows long conveyor belt systems to be shifted sideways. This multiple use of machine reduces the amount of devices required and brings about a substantial reduction in costs for the operator.

Для Liebherr PR 734 L применяется рядный двигатель Liebherr D 934-L-A6 с турбонаддувом, охлаждением наддувочного воздуха и системой жидкостного охлаждения.
Особенности агрегата:
- воздухоочиститель сухого типа с предохранительным и основным фильтрами, предварительной очисткой и индикатором засорения в кабине;
- комбинированная система охлаждения с секциями, дополненная вентилятором с регулируемым гидроприводом;
- непосредственный впрыск горючего и система PLD с электронным управлением;
- принудительная система смазки под давлением с высокой эффективностью работы на поверхностях с углом наклона до 45 градусов.

УСТРОЙСТВО Liebherr PR 734 L
В Либхер PR 734 Litronic в качестве рамы используются квадратные трубы, которые в меньшей степени подвержены воздействиям крутильных и изгибающих усилий. Элементы с повышенным напряжением выполняются литыми. Передняя область бульдозера сделана массивной и жесткой, что повышает точность работы с отвалом.
Гусеничный ход позволяет машине выполнять разворот на месте и делает ее невероятно маневренной. Liebherr PR 734 Litronic комплектуется усиленными боковыми редукторами с защитной системой, выполненной из уплотнительных соединений.

Машина оснащается бесступенчатой трансмиссией с гидростатическим типом работы, позволяющей показывать высокую эффективность в любой ситуации. Гусеницы бульдозера функционируют независимо друг от друга.
Скорость движения с учетом диапазона (заводские настройки):
- 1 диапазон (передний/задний ход) – 0-4,0/0-4,8 км/час;
- 2 диапазон (передний/задний ход) – 0-6,5/0-6,8 км/час;
- 3 диапазон (передний/задний ход) – 0-10,0/0-10,0 км/час.
Максимальное тяговое усилие составляет 274 кН.
Управление рабочим оборудованием осуществляется при помощи единого джойстика гидравлической системы. В системе используется гидрораспределитель и шестеренчатый насос со скоростью подачи 222 л/мин.
Бульдозер оснащается закрытой кабиной на эластичной подвеске с возможностью откидывания на 40 градусов (опционально). Кабина имеет защиту ROPS и FOPS. Звуковое давление в салоне не превосходит 79 дБ.
