Газоанализатор Polytron 2 XP Tox предназначен для использования в нефтегазовой промышленности (в наземных и морских приложениях), в химической, автомобильной промышленности и других отраслях, где требуется надежный и точный контроль газов.
Polytron 2 XP Tox непрерывно контролирует содержание токсичных газов и кислорода в окружающем воздухе. Газоанализатор имеет прочный металлический взрывобезопасный корпус, пригодный для внутренних и наружных приложений. Polytron 2 XP Tox можно соединить через герметичный кабелепровод с контрольно-измерительной системой фирмы Dräger или программируемым логическим контроллером (PLC) для выдачи предупреждений об опасных условиях.
При калибровке и настройке Polytron 2 XP Tox может работать с управлением от внутренних кнопок (в неклассифицированных зонах), блока ИК дистанционного управления, или ручного управляющего модуля HART. Блок ИК дистанционного управления или ручной управляющий модуль HART позволяют выполнять калибровку одному человеку без деклассификации зоны. Должным образом настроив реле, которые устанавливаются в прибор по отдельному заказу, газоанализатор можно использовать в автономном режиме.

2.2.1.2 HART

®

• Unscrew cover from transmitter.

• Lift the handle and pull the bucket with the electronics out of

the enclosure.

• Turn the bucket over and pull off the 5-pin connector.

• Simply connect the incoming and outgoing three wires for power and signal

to the terminal, as indicated on the label on the bottom of the bucket.

• Plug connector back into socket.

• The cable shielding should be connected at the controller only.

• Place bucket back into the enclosure.

• Screw cover back on, until it is seated.

All transmitters need to be setup individually. Transmitters on the same

multidrop line must each be configured to a different «polling address»

which is between «1» and «15» (Section 5.9, Communication).

The address numbers should start with «1», be consecutive, and may not

be used twice. The number of transmitters on one loop may not exceed

15 and is dependent on the power supply and cable used.

The permissible loop resistance of the cable is shown in

Section 2.2.3, Installing Electrical Connections at the Controller.
