Тормозные колодки
СНЯТИЕ
Отсоедините провод сигнальной лампы износа колодок.
Вдавите поршень, сдвинув рукой плавающую скобу тормоза наружу.
Отвинтите болты направляющих, воспользовавшись двумя ключами.
Эти болты очищать не надо.

Освободите:
— плавающую скобу,
— тормозные колодки.
Проверка
Проверьте:
— состояние и установку пылезащитного кольца поршня и его стопорного кольца,
— состояние пылезащитных чехлов направляющих.

УСТАНОВКА
Отожмите тормозной поршень с помощью приспособления Fre. 823.
Поставьте новые колодки и их пружины, соблюдая направление установки.
Колодка с проводом датчика износа ставится с внутренней стороны.
Поставьте на место скобу и завинтите болт нижней направляющей, смазав его смазкой Loctite FRENBLOC.
Надавите на скобу и установите болт верхней направляющей, смазав его смазкой Loctite FRENBLOC.
Затяните болты направляющих с нужным моментом, начиная с нижнего.
Подсоедините провод сигнальной лампы износа колодок.
Нажмите несколько раз на педаль тормоза, чтобы поршень пришел в соприкосновение с колодками.

Напоминаем вам, что при замене колодок или других работах с этим типом тормозного механизма болты направляющих пальцев надо каждый раз менять и затягивать с моментом от 34 до 38 Нм, начиная с нижнего болта.

Натяжение ремня привода вспомогательного оборудования

Ремень привода генератора

Натяжение ремня привода генератора
производится либо с помощью винта длиной около
100 мм и гайки M6 (см. рисунок ниже), либо с
помощью приспособления, изготовленного в
ремонтной мастерской (с резьбовой тягой длиной
100 мм и тремя гайками M6).

ГОЛОВКА БЛОКА ЦИЛИНДРОВ

Процедура затяжки болтов крепления головки
блока цилиндров

НАПОМИНАНИЕ! Для правильной затяжки болтов
удалите шприцом масло, оставшееся в отверстиях
под болты в блоке цилиндров.

Все болты крепления головки блока цилиндров
необходимо заменять новыми при каждом
снятии головки. Не смазывайте новые болты.

Затяжка всех болтов производится моментом
2 даН.м.

Проверьте, чтобы все болты были затянуты
моментом 2 даН.м, затем доверните все болты в
той же последовательности на 230

После выполнения этой процедуры затяжка
болтов крепления головки блока цилиндров в
процессе эксплуатации не требуется.
