New Holland Construction is one of the leading world manufacturers of special equipment for light earth and construction work.
The company owes its origin to such brands as New Holland, Fiat and Ford, whose legacy created the history of the industry itself.
New Holland was founded in 1895 in the city of New Holland (Pennsylvania, USA).
It all started with an ordinary forge, but subsequently the sale of stationary electric motors to strengthen the work of agriculturals and the creation of a frost -resistant engine contributed to
the expansion of business.
In the next decades, the New Holland Machine Company has developed a large number of machines for agricultural and construction work, including a frontal loader with a unique design of the
Superboom arrow.
In 1986, New Holland was purchased by Ford, and a few years later the Ford New Holland assets for the production of agricultural and construction equipment were sold by Fiat Geotech.
In 2005, all construction enterprises of the FIAT group were combined under the New Holland Construction brand.
In 2013, the company was transferred to the CNH Industrial group.
Currently, a wide range of equipment is produced around the world under the New Holland Construction brand. The company still adheres to the basic principles of mechanical engineering, developed
by its eminent predecessors.
