(1) Installing the oil pan
) The under cover should rest on the four corners of the machine table groove.
2) Two rubber seats 1 for supporting the head portion on the operator side A are fixed on the extended
portion of the table by hitting the nail 2 , and the other two rubber cushion seats 3 on the hinge side
B are fixed by using a rubber-based adhesive. Then, oil pan 4 is placed.
3) Fit hinge 1 into the opening in the machine bed, and fit the machine head to table rubber hinge 2 be-
fore placing the machine head on cushions 3 on the four corners.

Промышленная прямострочная одноигольная машина Juki DDL-8100e является типичным представителем легендарного бренда Juki: безупречное качество, надежность, неприхотливость. Механизмы нитепритягивателя, челнока, заправки нити, прижимной лапки и механизм продвижения были тщательно исследованы и модифицированы, чтобы обеспечить возможность шитья при низком натяжении нити.
Машина предназначена для работы с легкими и средними тканями. Для средних/тяжелых рекомендукем посмотреть машину Juki DDL-8100e-H.
Машина оснащена автоматической смазкой, объем заправки масла — 0,5л. В комплекте с машиной поставляется стол.
Машина может оснащаться как фрикционным двигателем, так и серво. Серводвигатель значительно снижает шум при работе, а так же на 70% экономичнее обычного фрикционного мотора. Отдельно стоит обратить внимание, что скорость вращения мотора и количество стежков в минуту — несколько разные параметры. Максимальная скорость шитья большинства промышленных машин — 3700 ст/мин. Однако, часто продавцы и механики допускают ошибку, указывая количество оборотов шкива привода как количество стежков, что не является верным при использовании подвесных приводов. Так, к примеру, выставляя на пульте управления приводом максимальное количество оборотов в 5000 в минуту, из-за разницы диаметров шкивов двигателя и машины, Вы получаете 3700 стежков в минуту.
