  • Общие характеристики

    Увлажнители humiSteam «X» — это самые совершенные увлажнители с погружными электродами от компании Carel. Они комплектуются встроенным контроллером, графическим дисплеем и клавиатурой для конфигурирования параметров и управления.
    В любой момент можно выбрать один из следующих режимов работы увлажнителя:

    • двухпозиционное регулирование под управлением внешнего гигростата;
    • пропорциональное регулирование по внешнему сигналу управления;
    • пропорциональное регулирование по внешнему сигналу и показаниям контрольного датчика влажности в воздуховоде;
    • плавное регулирование по заданной влажности и показаниям датчика влажности;
    • плавное регулирование по заданной влажности, показаниям датчика влажности и контрольного датчика влажности в воздуховоде.

    Производительность пара непрерывно регулируется в диапазоне от 20 до 100% производительности (от 10 до 100% в моделях производительностью 90 и 130 кг/ч) за исключением режима двухпозиционного регулирования, в котором увлажнитель просто или производит пар, или нет.
    Увлажнители humiSteam “X” поддерживает следующие внешние сигналы управления, которые выбираются кнопками: сигнал от гигростата (сухой контакт), сигналы 0-1В, 0-10В, 2-10В, 0-20 мА, 4-20 мА.
    Модели «X» комплектуются контроллерами серии pCO, известной серии программируемых логических контроллеров CAREL:

    • простой и удобный графический дисплей с иконками и текстовыми сообщениями на разных языках;
    • поддержка ежедневных и еженедельных расписаний с разными заданными значениями влажности;
    • поддержка подключения к системе диспетчерского управления по разным протоколам (например: Modbus® (стандартный), BACnet™, LON®);
    • полноценная диагностика с поддержкой текстовых сообщений, журнала событий тревоги с метками даты и времени;
    • удаленная диагностика по GSM-модему (опция);
    • автоматический слив воды через определенное время простоя.

  • Преимущества

    • система антивспенивания (AFS): предотвращает образование пены на поверхности воды и попадания капелек воды в производимый пар;
    • баки с оцинкованными электродами и фильтром на дне для уменьшения количества накипи (есть модели с разборными баками);
    • плавное регулирование  паропроизводительности от 20% до максимальной (от 10% у моделей производительностью 90 и 130 кг/ч);
    • встроенный датчик электропроводности воды и управляющее программное обеспечения для оптимизации электропотребления, сокращения расходов на техобслуживание и стабильной работы за счет увеличения срока службы бака;
    • автоматический слив воды через 3 дня простоя увлажнителя

Описание серии

В основе работы увлажнителей с погружными электродами лежит простой физический закон. Обычная питьевая вода содержит некоторое количество растворенных минеральных солей, а значит, имеет определенную электропроводность. Если подать напряжение на погруженные в воду электроды, получится электрический ток, который нагревает воду до кипения (эффект Джоуля), и в процессе кипения выделяется пар.

humiSteam — это универсальные увлажнители, пригодные для решения широкого круга задач по увлажнению воздуха от обычных жилых домов до производственных помещений и даже саун. Воздух может увлажняться непосредственно в помещении при помощи вентиляторного парораспределителя или в системе воздуховодов при помощи высокоэффективных линейных парораспределителей. Увлажнители humiSteam работают на водопроводной воде.

Есть следующие разновидности “электродных” увлажнителей HumiSteam:
– Basic, самый простой вариант для решения любых задач по увлажнению воздуха паром. В основном используется в связке с другим увлажнителем HumiSteam типа X-Plus по принципу Ведущий/Ведомый;
– X-Plus, мощный увлажнитель с погружными электродами. Комплектуется встроенным контроллером типа “X” серии pCO, жидкокристаллическим дисплеем и кнопками для управления и настройки параметров;
– Wellness, специальный вариант парового увлажнения воздуха для саун. Имея принцип работы, как у модели “Xplus”, увлажнитель humiSteam Wellness поддерживает встроенные функции управления специально для саун.
